Effective from: 25 June 2025 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by ReDetail Ltd (“ReDetail”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to you as a customer. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services
ReDetail Ltd offers motorcycle valeting and detailing services, delivered at a customer’s home, workplace, or preferred location. All services are subject to availability and confirmation of a suitable location and weather conditions.
3. Customer Responsibilities
The motorcycle must be in a safe and stable condition to be worked on.
The customer must provide suitable access and ensure the working area is safe, legal, and has adequate space.
If using a shared space (e.g., car park), the customer must have permission to carry out the work on site.
4. Liability
ReDetail Ltd will take all reasonable care when valeting your motorcycle.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or mechanical/electrical issues that may arise during or after cleaning (e.g., water revealing corrosion, wiring faults, etc.)
All valeting is carried out at the owner’s risk.
We will accept liability for direct damage caused by our own negligence (e.g., dropping or scratching the motorcycle.)
5. Booking & Deposits
Bookings can be made via our website, email, or social media.
ReDetail Ltd reserves the right to request a deposit to secure a booking — especially for longer services, multiple bikes, or new customers.
Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment at no cost.
Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may result in a 50% charge or loss of deposit.
ReDetail Ltd reserves the right to reschedule due to weather or safety issues with as much notice as possible.
7. Service Times & Delays
Service durations are estimates. Actual times may vary due to condition, location, access, and weather.
We aim to arrive on time but are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, or unforeseen events.
8. Payment Terms
An invoice can be provided on completion of the service, if requested.
Payment is due immediately upon completion unless agreed otherwise.
Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
If payment is not made within 7 calendar days, ReDetail Ltd reserves the right to charge interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unhappy with the service received, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will do our best to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
10. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://redetail.co.uk/privacy-policy. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under reference ZB922806.
11. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updated Terms.

Data is stored in password-protected Google Sheets and in OnePage.io’s secure CRM.
Access is restricted to ReDetail Ltd staff and our accountant.
Devices are protected by encryption, antivirus software and strong passwords.
Regular back-ups are taken and stored securely.
